Returns and Refunds
JL accepts returns and makes refunds of unused product with certain limitations.
* Stock Items (basic webstore product)
Any stock item that is not embellished and not used can be returned for a full refund (not including shipping costs). Return Authorization (RA) must accompany returned product. Bargain Bin items cannot be returned.

* Custom Items (made-to-order product)
Any custom item that is not embellished and not used can be returned for full store credit (not including shipping costs). Store Credit can be used for other JL products. New (replacement) product will be shipped to you once original item has been received. Return Authorization (RA) must accompany returned product.
*Embellished Items
Any custom embellished item cannot be returned. Alterations are possible.

Sales tax for internet orders are applied to the following states: CA, CT, WA.
Domestic Shipping
We are in the process of moving into our new location in Seattle, both a retail store and our internet fulfillment hub. Thank you for your patience while we settle in!
Rowing is a seasonal sport. Please be aware that delays are very possible during the heavy spring and fall racing season--since we are working hard to fill everyone's racing needs! If you ordered a stock item, we will ship within 2-5 working days using the shipping method you specified. If you placed a custom order, we will construct your kit and ship in four weeks. For an idea of how long your package will take to reach you, see below.
The following estimates are based on experience with items shipped from our store in Seattle, WA. Remember, these are "working days." If you live in a major city, you most likely will receive your goodies at the early end of the range. If you live in an out-of-the-way place where the truck has to wade through alligator-infested swamps, figure the other end of the scale. Of course the Christmas season may add delays, and winter storms may affect shipping hubs.

International Shipping

US Airmail, can take from two to six weeks to reach you.
Refunds and Returns
JL guarantees all of our products for quality and workmanship. We will replace or repair any product to your 100% satisfaction. Any unused JL product that has not been embellished can be returned for a full refund. See specific product pages for restocking fees or charges on embellished garments. Videos, books and CD's cannot be returned. Bargain bin items cannot be returned.
