Polypropylene - it's our favorite for rowing trou, and Polypro 2.0 is even better - Lighter weight, better compression (higher lycra content), and is the fastest drying, longest-lived fabric we have. These trou also feature a fully sublimated Wicking mesh vertical stripe.
